How This Works
I call this process mining your own diamonds.
Like the blinding gold and gems of Ali Baba, we all have a buried treasure where our true wealth lies. Sometimes our gold is dull or our gems hard to find. Sometimes they are a little bit worn. But with the right words, the right processes, our treasures reveal their brilliance and our lives reflect this glow.
It is all there waiting for you. All you need is the willingness and readiness to explore. Reclaiming any one of these gems will bring you the richness you seek.
That’s a nice metaphor but what does it mean.
Your life right now is a result of the choices you've made along the way. Great, if you are happy with where you are. Bravo!
But what if you're not so happy? How can you make the changes that will take you where you want to go?
May I suggest: mining your own diamonds. What this means:
- finding the best in you and bringing it out
- becoming very clear about who you are and what you want, maybe for the first time
- knowing where you want to go and getting there
- being able to make solid decisions, have meaningful relationships, less stress, more confidence and lots more fun
It means doing some precision digging, finding the deeper answers and establishing a new, solid foundation. In short, it means creating a life that sparkles and glows.
And though it is possible to mine for diamonds with a teaspoon, wouldn't you like to have access to power tools?
I've based my process on both the very ancient and the very latest findings in human development. Combining a series of powerful questions, experiential exercises, in-depth self-examination and new perspectives on life, you achieve the outcome you desire.
My proven process is 3 pronged.
- Exploration
Survey the landscape.
Explore who you are and where you are right now.
Determine where you want to go.
- Discovery
Locate the rich veins to mine.
Discover your gifts and talents. Discover meaning and purpose.
- Development
Sort through. Toss the rocks. Keep the gems. Polish to brilliance. Select a setting.
Let go of what isn’t working and strengthen what is.
Create a solid foundation from which to live.
Design an individual plan of action based on your findings.
Implement your plan.
Develop in ways you never knew you could.
Use what you learn anywhere.
You may have experienced one or all of the above but nothing changed for you.
The vital key to this process is the fusion of all three steps. Building one upon the other gives you the results you seek. Exploration, discovery, development all come together to create a strong, integrated center from which you easily make decisions and choices that elevate your level of living.
And, alongside of you, you have a guide; someone who has walked the same path and is dedicated to your success.
As your guide, I will:
- be there just for you
- support you without judgement or criticism
- hold you accountable for following through
- dig into why something isn’t working
- celebrate with you your successes
Ah, now doesn't that feel better already?
But……… Is This for You?
